Returns and Refunds Policy

Sandman Clothes does not accept order cancellations once confirmed and shipped. Returns are strictly limited to the following cases, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for a Return:

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received an item in an incorrect size compared to your order.

  • You received an item different from the one ordered.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide:

  • A valid proof of purchase.

  • Clear evidence, such as photos, showing the size or item error.

Exclusions from Return:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that match the size and model ordered.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Items unsealed due to hygiene or health protection reasons.

  • Items with opened or altered packaging.

Return Procedure:

If you are eligible for a return, please contact our customer service at admin@sandmanclothes.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will review your request and inform you of the next steps if the return is approved. Any request that does not follow this procedure or lacks complete documentation cannot be processed.

Returning Items:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items. Please send the items to the following address:

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to avoid any loss or damage during transport. We will not be able to process the return or refund without receipt of the items or proof of their delivery to our address.

Refund:

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days following the receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase. No additional fees will be applied for the refund.
